My terms are quite simple.

 

 

I DO REQUIRE THAT MY GRAPHICS DO NOT BE USED ON ANY PORNOGRAPHIC  SITE.

~~TERMS OF USAGE~~

You may create anything you wish for personal or commercial projects but don't sell or distribute the raw tubes in and of themselves.  You may in no circumstances sell the tubes as is in cd's or as part as a clip art collection, etc.   DO NOT SHARE THEM THROUGH ANY GROUPS.  IF YOU DO YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.  THE MEMBERSHIP DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY PURCHASEWARE WEBSETS OR DIGITAL ART.

PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR PASSWORD OUT TO ANYONE, IF YOU DO YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL ALSO BE CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND.  

ALL IMAGES ARE MADE FROM POSER ART AND ARE COPYRIGHTED BY MARSHA'S GRAPHICS.  I DO MY OWN POSER ART AND SOME PHOTO SHOP WORK.

My terms are quite simple.

  • You may use these tubes for Personal or Commercial use.

  • You may not use them in their original form.

    •  

  • In other words you must create something out of my tubes, but the credit of whatever you make will go to you.

    •  

  • You may not give out your password to anyone. If you do you will automatically be taken out the the membership with no refund given.

    •  

  • We will be tracking your IP address to find out if anyone is using your Password from another computer. (Example): Each person has an IP address. It looks like this. Your IP address is 69.239.134.72. So we will know who’s computer is using your password.

  • NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.

  • If we find out that you are allowing others to use your password, you will be removed from Marshas’s Graphics Poser tubes membership immediately. 


    •

  • Marsha's Graphics owns the copy write to the original tubes, therefore you must not claim them as your own in their original state.


    •

  • There is a NO REFUND policy on our Membership Subscriptions.
